Responsibilities

The Senior Client Success Manager is responsible for creating loyal customers through a proactive, consultative approach that helps our clients maximize their Enlyte experience in order to achieve their business goals. The ultimate measure of client success is gauged by our client’s willingness to renew and purchase additional Mitchell services.

  • Responsible for increasing renewal sales for their assigned region or account(s).
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and services.
  • Educates clients on best practices and encourages successful product adoption.
  • Ensures client awareness and understanding of applicable product elements, business practices, and contractual implications.
  • Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
  • Maintain account team relationships, transfer leads as appropriate, and foster cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications

Education, Training & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field, or appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Insurance Property and Casualty industries is desired.
  • Must be available to travel at least 10%
  • Flexible work hours. Customer base is National and may require office hours start or end equivalent to East or West coast office hours.
  • 5+ years of related experience

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,719- $100,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
