HAP Tech supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on how to navigate the challenges and complexities of the 340B program as well as other areas of the healthcare ecosystem. Our team is the established market leader in data and technology solutions for 340B-related issues and we support an impressive client base which includes the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the US as well as early-stage biotech companies. Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
The Technical Implementation Manager is a new position due to growth. We are seeking to hire several Managers across multiple product lines. Each Manager will work closely with the Business Unit Lead of their assigned product line, as well as with a product manager and development team to support various initiatives and implementations for a given product.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for partners during their initial deployments. Be the person who instills confidence and trust in our partners and team, drives on-time implementations and ensures our pilots convert to full enterprise partnerships.
  • Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans, in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Accountable for leading through each of the project phases, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Set the standard for what incredible communication looks like. Communicate project progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Push our goals forward and be the one to drive forward progress with our partners and internally.
  • Collaborate with support and operational management to identify and implement areas for process and tool improvements in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with the growing number of concurrent implementations our team will need to support.
  • Work closely with product and software engineering teams as well as leadership team.
  • Help develop presentation materials, conduct analyses and investigations related to client prospects and active implementations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; BS degree strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software deployment and implementation at B2B companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience using SQL, Python, R or other analytical tools.
  • Strong track record of driving successful healthcare technology or other technology solutions implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize information in a concise way.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Results driven mind set with the capacity to work rapidly in a fast-paced environment. You seek continuous process improvement, driven by efficiency. Your role will involve rapid decision-making, quick execution, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to precision and quality in every aspect of implementation.
  • Expert in building strong relationships and a level of trust with various external stakeholders to ensure a long-lasting partnership.
  • Use data to tell a story about pilot performance and to inform tactical plans that ensure pilot and implementation success.
  • A keen eye to identify potential issues and escalate early, with proposed solutions.
  • Creative and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, tactful conflict resolution skills, and a bias to action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to think outside-the-box.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $190,000 per year.
