Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

This position requires an individual who is organized, has attention to detail, and strong technical and analytical skills. The ideal candidate works well under pressure and is capable of meeting strict deadlines, is comfortable learning new processes and systems in a short amount of time. They must have a strong sense of ownership, love data and analysis and be capable of engaging with other teams for escalations and follow up. This candidate must be a team player and work well with others and alone.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the configuration setup within billing systems per contract.
  • Update billing systems when new contracts or amendments are provided.
  • Work with other teams to onboard new customers.
  • Create configuration in billing tools per contract when new customers are onboarding.
  • Solve or work with others to solve and identify problems that arise.
  • Follow-up and escalate items when appropriate.
  • Audit all existing configurations against contracts, within billing tools.
  • Follow through on items, track, and report.
  • Testing new billing tools and working with other teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Interact with other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
  • Create and improve quality processes for billing configurations.
  • Create or update process documentation.
  • Participate in training co-workers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, Finance, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality, billing, Accounts Receivable, or similar role is preferred.
  • Independent research - Problem solver
  • Self-starter - Takes Ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $64,180 - $85,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education. Salary: $64180 - $85000 annually
