In line with our mission, we are looking to recruit an Account Specialist for our oneSOURCE business.

The Role

The Account Specialist works as the bridge between potential new clients and existing clients and the appropriate internal resource. The Account Specialist is responsible for all incoming sales and account related calls, emails, and web forms. They will gather additional information, prepare and update information in Salesforce, and route existing customer inquiries to the appropriate internal resource.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer all incoming calls during business hours as they come in and pre-sell our product offerings to potential and existing customers.

· Responsible for processing all incoming emails and web forms in a timely manner.

· Update account information, contact information and opportunity information as needed in Salesforce

· Assign incoming leads and inquiries to the appropriate internal team member and send out appropriate correspondence.

· Make a positive contribution to client satisfaction and constantly strive to improve service to the clients.

· Assist with other account management and lead creation tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience

· 1+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing or new business

· Education and/or work experience in healthcare, account management, sales development, or administrative work

· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues regarding the information inputted into Salesforce

· Ability to pay close attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

· Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience with VoIP phone systems for businesses preferred

· Experience with Salesforce with CPQ is preferred
