As a successful Leader of this high-performing team, you'll be focused on increasing digital adoption through innovation, social media, and content marketing using data to make informed decisions that deliver personalized and high-converting engagements. Areas of digital marketing oversight include digital content strategy, content execution, and branding across multiple domains and audience segments, marketing automation strategy and execution, lead generation tools, digital analytics, paid and organic social media, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage staff including hiring, training, coaching, and development
  • Lead the evolution of MVP's digital and social media strategies
  • Manage the planning, organization, creation, and publishing of all content and digital projects to ensure it meets the line of business and organizational goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with our internal and external partners, developing relationships that promote collaboration and optimization of digital initiatives and investments
  • Create and execute digital strategies across multiple customer segments and digital channels including web, mobile, marketing automation, SEO, lead generation, digital analytics, social media, reputation management, and more
  • Define vision, scope and requirements for digital marketing ensuring functional and strategic alignment across different channels
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, including measurement and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying insights and assessing results against goals and ROI
  • Manage digital marketing budget

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:
  • BA/BS in a related field.

Minimum Experience:
  • 5-7 years of recent hands-on digital marketing experience.
    3+ years' experience managing a team.

Basic Skills:
  • Exceptional people management, partner management and relationship management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented work style
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong execution skills
  • Experience with interpreting and applying data insights
  • Flexible to adjusting priorities

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of website design, structure, and user interface across multiple segments
  • Experience with content management systems (Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/Design, content publishing processes and management systems
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimization
  • Experience with usability best practices, development of standards and testing
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Experience with email marketing; text message (SMS) marketing; journey building and automation
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; knowledge of web and product analytic and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Heap, SEO tracking, etc.)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Knowledge of CRM software applications (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Experience with digital marketing in the healthcare industry (payor experience preferred)
