Job Overview

Were looking for our next Sales Engineer. Rightworks Sales Engineers are dynamic problem solvers adept at highlighting solutions for client pain points with Rightworks products. As a Sales Engineer youll help support our Accounting Firm Acquisition and Solutions Groups in pre- and post-sales roles for all Rightworks products. Youll partner with Account Executives to understand the needs of our customers, help customers understand our hosting and non-hosting products, provide compelling demonstrations, identify improved workflows, and assist with closing business from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Lead effective product demonstrations of Rightworks OneSpace and Accounting & Tax solutions, highlighting how each would addresses client needs.
  • Assist sales team members in resolving or escalating client technical, account management, or onboarding issues.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to customers and prospects, clearly communicating the value and differentiation of Rightworks products while showing how they solve business challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with Sales Leads to develop strategies to help Account Executives reach their sales goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our team through knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience with SaaS/Cloud Solutions in a sales capacity
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to hold a virtual audiences attention
  • Demonstrated technical depth to deeply understand user needs
  • Organized and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy required
  • The ability to collaborate and share knowledge across teams
  • Actively participates in company trainings and trade shows to showcase company expertise.
  • A demonstrated understanding of accounting and tax firms operations and how to help these organizations get enabled for cloud operations.
