Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with Test Automation skill to join our Health Care client in one of our selected client locations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the Health Care industry. This role is required to be within the proximity of the assigned location and work in Hybrid model, based in Bloomfield, CT or Lafayette, LA (preferred).

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the product planning, design, develop and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including discovery, creating value propositions and working closely with product, engineering, design, and testing to ensure business needs are delivered in timely manner.

- Participate in the development of Salesforce Knowledge Cloud applications based on client needs.
- Execute declarative and custom application configurations.
- Create Knowledge users, profiles, and permissions.
- Provide insights into care coordination.
- Coordinate and assist offshore team as needed.
- Design and build per specifications for different personas using the app.
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment.
- Responsible for developing of new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
- Responsible for test automation of new features, maintenance, and enhancements of existing functionality.
- Foster and maintain best practices and coding standards.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Eight plus years' experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation, integration and enhancement projects.
- Experience working with Onshore-offshore model.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate with the Knowledge Cloud object model through integrations.
- Capable of designing specific functionality around Knowledge Cloud.
- Minimum three years of experience within the Healthcare industry
- Experience integrating business processes across systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, Microservices, FHIR, HL7 etc.
- Development of custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Integration experience with other Salesforce applications and external systems.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and development processes and methodologies.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining validation rules and custom workflows.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification
- Experience using Lightning App Builder, Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components experience
- Demonstrated experience using FSL and Scheduling components
- Experience with SFDC basics - Apex, VisualForce, triggers, objects, security model, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise on architecture best practices, design patterns and design trade-offs on internet and cloud-based platforms.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500 - 185,800.
