We are looking for a responsible Leasing Consultant/Management Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. First Realty Management is seeking a responsible individual with excellent customer service, communication, and marketing skills. This role is on-site, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00-5:00 p.m. Duties include providing support to our managers and residents, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the site's general administrative activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity with our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, the perfect candidate would ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities: + Telephone reception, initiating work orders, filing, correspondence, etc. + Will also assist in the coordination of rental activities, ensuring occupancy goals are met, during the leasing season. + Ability to handle multiple tasks and knowledge of MS Office required. + Experience in property management, leasing, marketing, or related fields preferred. + Will be required to cover the Management Office in the Property Manager’s absence. + This position requires strong resident relations, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals. + Must be able to organize priorities effectively and have excellent attention to detail. + The ability to multi-task is essential. + Strong knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel etc is essential. + On-site, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00-5:00 p.m. Requirements + 2 years of Leasing experience. + Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. + Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. + Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). + Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. + Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. + High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
