Position Summary:

The Marketing Proposal Manager will

be responsible for

coordinating, writing, and producing responses to solicitations, statements of qualifications (SOQs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs). This individual will play a key role in organizing and leading the firm's efforts to respond to prospective client requests, from initial research to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels and take initiative to proactively organize and lead the company's efforts to respond to prospective client requests from statements of qualifications and brochures to comprehensive proposals and interviews. The successful candidate will

demonstrate

an ability to effectively translate technical content into thoughtful, compelling narratives and suitable graphics, as

appropriate

.

Key Responsibilities:

Pursuit Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of proposal pursuits for a diverse range of projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop winning strategies and ensure alignment with client requirements.

RFP/RFQ Tracking: Monitor and manage RFP/RFQ deadlines, ensuring

timely

responses and compliance with submission guidelines. Maintain a comprehensive database of proposal opportunities and track progress.

Information Gathering: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and insights. Synthesize complex data into clear and persuasive proposal narratives.

Proposal Writing:

Utilize

technical

expertise

and creative skills to craft compelling proposals that

showcase

the company's capabilities and value proposition. Ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand standards.

Process Ownership: Take ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of proposals.

Qualifications:

Technical Background:

Previous

experience in writing proposals for the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is highly desirable.

Creative Flair: Strong storytelling skills and the ability to think creatively about the overall proposal. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design are essential.

Initiative: Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results independently. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ownership Mentality: A commitment to taking ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Strong sense

of accountability and dedication to delivering excellence.
