We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management solutions, and location-aware applications. **Job Summary** **How you will contribute:** As a Customer Integration Engineer, you will be the product subject matter expert and dynamic thinker for our Sales Team engaging in various types of support activities including but not limited to: • New Product Introductions • Update team on supported Products IE • Tech focused sessions/webinars/lunch n learns • Attending Industry trade shows • Product feature demonstrations • Providing supplemental product training • Providing Support for New and existing customer Integrations • Supporting New and installed projects. • Closing the loop by providing customer feedback to the product management and engineering teams to capture customer requirements and enhancements This position is Remote (work from home) and does require company-paid travel. You will work directly with Atrius Sales, End User Customers, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering to create and manage your own schedule of commitments. **Skills and Minimum Experience Required** • MUST BE NIAGARA CERTIFIED. • Understanding the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers. • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training success for a software solution organization. • Experience configuring and presenting software demonstrations that are both functionally compelling and most importantly, relevant to the specific business processes of interest to the customer/prospect • Expert knowledge of the complete sales lifecycle with extensive experience responding to sales RFIs / RFPs and configuring software demos at very high levels of quality • High degree of confidence in leading technical pre-sales and post-sales discussions • Solid oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills. • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment. • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments. • Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge. • Good at searching out information and experimenting, likes to concentrate on a particular topic and to solve complex customer problems. • Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention. What will help you stand out: • A solid fundamental understanding of BMS controls • Ability to think logically and write programs for HVAC control. • Have a knack for explaining often though as complicated topics in layman’s terms. • Fundamental understanding of protocols such as Niagara, BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks, MSTP and IP networking • Experience with IoT integrations and API’s • Ability to write code in computer programming languages such as Python, Java, C+• Your personal hobbies include tinkering, building, or creating We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
