Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Assistant to help support the success and growth across all E-commerce touchpoints - DSMNY ESHOP, CDG ESHOP, and Farfetch. This individual will also be responsible for providing white-glove customer service through providing a consistent, positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service for all E-commerce platforms
Responsible for all email and phone communication as customer service touch points
General website maintenance, including visual merchandising on the site, identifying no-stocks, and refreshing category pages
Coordinate with warehouse on incoming/outgoing logistics
Partner with Ecommerce team on weekly product launches
Partner with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer service message
Logistics management
Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all incoming and outgoing product is handled and processed accurately and timely
Assist in E-commerce product launches, adhering to launch schedule and brand expectations
Key Requirements & Skills:
Previous customer service experience delivering exceptional, white glove service
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
Familiarity with Zendesk, Magento, Shopify a plus
General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
