Datadog is looking for a strategically focused Sales Enablement Curriculum Manager or Senior Manager to design, deploy, and manage enablement programs that ensure our global Sales and Customer Success leaders have the skills, resources and tools for their role throughout their tenure at Datadog.

In this position, you will partner with GTM stakeholders as well as our cross-functional Enablement team to craft end-to-end enablement curriculum and create best-in-class leadership onboarding and everboarding programs tailored by region and role. You will leverage various data points plus your deep understanding of sales performance to develop strategic coaching and interventions customized for Sales and Customer Success managers. This role will also play a critical role in the design and development of major cross-functional programs that impact GTM teams across all major businesses. This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement Curriculum and Strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build and implement learner journeys for GTM Leaders - including onboarding, everboarding, on-demand resources - that are tailored by region
  • Support stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners globally to define requirements, KPIs, and delivery timelines
  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable cross-functional sales programs and initiatives for leaders in partnership with stakeholders and the Enablement team.
  • Build and manage ongoing training and certification programs for GTM leaders. Establish the cadence/need for recertification
  • Support the design and delivery of standardized leadership playbooks in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and other stakeholders
  • Design virtual, in-person, on-demand and ad hoc learning experiences and resources to support a dynamic and blended approach for Sales and Customer Success leaders
  • Design, track, measure, and innovate efficiency and efficacy of training, tools and processes for Leadership enablement programs. Drive recommendations for ongoing improvements across stakeholders.
Who You Are:
  • At least 2 years in a Sales Manager or Leadership role at a high-performing B2B SaaS organization managing a full sales cycle team
  • At least 2 years of Sales Enablement or Learning and Development experience (full-time or part-time)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and project management experience creating alignment with cross-functional teams and delivering quality product on short timeframes.
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices such as customer journey, curriculum creation, competency-based program design, program evaluation
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design live, virtual and on-demand learning content and evaluate the success of a learning experience
  • High ownership: You won't be satisfied until every GTM function achieves their potential
  • Experience developing dynamic and engaging trainings for various audiences
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator: You make the complex simple
  • Team oriented and empathetic: You can work with leaders, analysts, engineers, reps, marketing, your own team, whomever!
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don't mind getting messy
  • BA / BS required
Bonus points:
  • Experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies
  • Experience enabling salespeople particularly with a structured methodology
  • Experience building scalable programs at our scale or greater
