You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and will have the opportunity to proactively influence strategy, prioritization, and direction for the team. What you'll be doing:

Develop, execute, and manage GTM enablement programs that align with the theater and company's overall sales objectives and growth targets.
Leverage data and metrics to inform program content and correlate program participation to performance outcomes, making course corrections as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre Sales, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to enhance revenue generation.
Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs utilizing a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to equip the GTM team with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive revenue growth.
Assess the efficacy of sales enablement programs and initiatives through metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with leadership to pinpoint knowledge and skills gaps that are supported and validated by data to inform program focus areas. Conduct ongoing needs assessments for process improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to incorporate best practices into sales enablement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team

A passion for storytelling and a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct, and concrete way.
5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, sales operations, project management, or a similar role within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Previous SaaS sales experience
Experience coaching complex enterprise selling processes, methodologies, pipeline health, and deal qualification. (ValueSelling, Miller Heiman, Force Management, MEDDPICC, etc.)
Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
Familiarity with content strategy, creation, and tools. (Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities fueled by a data-driven mindset.
Strong Proficiency in sales and sales readiness technologies and tools. (SalesForce, 6Sense, SalesLoft, Clari, Mindtickle, Call AI)
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to lead multiple projects and successfully meet deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to travel up to 40%
