This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for enterprise national accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.

Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field OR 10 years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance/Sales or Health Care field Experience must include at least 2 years as a Strategic Account Executive for key accounts, Manager, internal or external Consultant, or high level Sales Executive Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days of starting in role Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts Sales negotiation and conflict management skills Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports/data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities Ability and willingness to travel as needed
