RMC is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to support our corporate operations. The selected applicant will oversee talent identification and assessment, pipeline development, and succession management. This individual will partner with senior leadership to develop technical talent-hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will manage a team capable of meeting the needs of an ever-changing talent landscape. The successful candidate will effectively communicate and partner with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for creating talent acquisition strategies to produce successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising and collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement talent strategies to address business priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and transition to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize analytics to track declines, time-to-fill, and automate processes for improved efficiency.
  • Support the development of corporate strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Facilitate organization assessment and development initiatives to increase hiring team effectiveness and operational efficiency by designing and executing appropriate interventions.
  • Provide input on various development and talent programs aimed at specific talent segment outcomes (e.g., early career programs, critical skills pipeline development, senior technical gateway roles).
  • Manage relationships/contracts with various recruiting software vendors.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a closely related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience implementing full life-cycle talent acquisition solutions.
  • Experience operating within a technology or defense organization with a track record of advising and implementing successful Talent Acquisition solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, including direct and indirect oversight, to drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders (VPs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as an ability to effectively manage multiple customers with diverse needs.
  • Must be willing to travel (10%) of the time.
