CEE 2201 – Construction Cost Engineering

The University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is seeking a lecturer to teach - CEE2201 – Construction Cost Engineering for Spring 2025. The goal of this course is to teach the methodology for estimating construction costs. The course covers all types of costs and all types of construction. The student is introduced to standard reference materials and to computerized estimating systems. The course teaches methods and procedures for developing accurate estimates and the basis for follow-on cost control. Minimum requirements are a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
