Job Title: Site Project Lead

Location: Ft Huachuca, AZ

Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking a cleared Site Project Lead to provide management, administrative, and technical interface with Government personnel in the day-to-day operations of a program that provides IT support services on-site at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Lead, supervise, and manage a team of about 200 subject matter experts.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

  • Keep the COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts, to include those in a temporary duty (TDY)
  • Coordinate all Contractor travel requirements with appropriate Government personnel.
  • Track and submit contractual deliverables in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in ongoing working group meetings with the project stakeholders to track progress, synchronize project schedules, identify problem areas, provide technical input, and coordinate milestones.
  • Draft, update, and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate authorized service interruptions as necessary for testing, validation, fielding, and upgrade.
  • Track and monitor system outages, issues, interruptions.
  • Track and monitor capability and service fielded locations and locations targeted for fielding.
  • Draft, review, provide technical input, and track status to completion for Operations Orders (OPORDS), Fragmentation Orders (FRAGOS), Cyber Orders, and Cyber Tasking Orders.
  • Provide input to Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) charts, support all coordination and finalization activities.
  • Attend and provide technical input at all project meetings, working groups, forums, in-progress reviews, and after action reviews for systems, capabilities, services, architecture, and transport projects in which the Contractor is assigned.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, working groups, forums, in-progress reviews (IPR), and after action reviews (AAR).
  • Prepare slides and provide meeting minutes for all meetings.
  • Perform Government Furnished Property (GFP) management and accountability in accordance with FAR 52.245-1.
  • Schedule 24/7/365 shifts for to support Common Access Card (CAC) / PKI Registration Authority (RA) / Local RA (LRA) activities at both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Support US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command’s (NETCOM) Information Technology (IT) Service Management (ITSM) program, the Army IT Service Catalog (AITSC), and IT Metrics, and the Army IT Portfolio (AITP) to provide objective means to measure and cost service delivery, manage service delivery expectations, and supports the need for continual service improvement.
  • Support the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network - Army (DoDIN-A) Change Advisory Board (CAB).


Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of deep knowledge and hands on experience with the following concepts and skills:
    • US Army Force Protection.
    • Leading large teams (100+) of multidisciplined IT subject matter experts (SME).
    • Army Regulation 25-50 and DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE).
    • Network architecture, operations, and security.
    • Operating and managing ITSM system tools.
    • ITSM in accordance with ITIL v4 best practices.
  • Knowledge of the following concepts and technologies:
    • Network infrastructure, technologies, security, troubleshooting, and tools.
    • Windows Desktop, Windows Server, or RedHat Linux
    • Virtualization technologies and software, such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
    • Cloud technologies, such as Intune, Azure, and Amazon Cloud Services.
    • Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • ITIL processes such as Change, Release, and Configuration Management.
  • IAM Level I certification (Security+CE, CAP, Cloud+, etc.)
  • Current ITIL V4 Foundations or higher.
  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
