Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager with a strong focus on business development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Digital Twin product portfolio through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and drive product initiatives from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for our product portfolio.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap.
  • Lead the development of business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Drive customer engagement and feedback loops to validate product concepts, gather requirements, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy and decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in product management and business development roles, preferably in technology or software industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
