The Position:

• Respond and resolve customer level 1 tech support requests via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Attention to detail and documentation tracking in various applications with an emphasis on account history retention.
• Multi-task and successfully take on new duties as the installed customer base changes and grows.
• Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience working in a Network Services environment

Education:

• Microsoft Certification, Google Certification, Windows and Windows Server experience, Google Gmail knowledge, Apple & iMac experience
