Business Systems Analyst - Active Directory Migration

Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic Cyber & Information Security team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen and technical expertise along with strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders. The BSA will support an Active Directory Consolidation initiative and will interact with stakeholders across business to gather business requirements and solutions to meet key project requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Analyze and document the authentication and authorization mechanisms of existing production applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for addressing any AD domain dependencies of existing production applications.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of system implementations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection from stakeholders.
• Support project SMEs to address user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and processes.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in Active Directory and/or enterprise data migrations projects a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, MCPS) are desirable.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $96,500-$185,800.
