We are a fast-growing dealership located in Dorchester on only 2 acres of land selling 350+ vehicles per month. We need to hire a Lot Attendant / Inventory Clerk who will assist in receiving and inspecting shipments of new and pre-owned cars and moving and arranging vehicles to optimize space. Responsibilities – Lot Attendant / Inventory Clerk:

  • Display new and used inventory on a compressed site
  • Check that new vehicles are displaying factory and addendum stickers, and selling price
  • Oversee and maintain keys
  • Replace sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensure most marketable vehicles are put on display first
  • Ensure that the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter and debris
  • Inform supervisor of issues as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned by managers

 


Qualifications/Requirements – Lot Attendant / Inventory Clerk:

  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Ability to learn new software
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
