Direct supervision of Assistant Supervisor and Lead Operator, as well as 10-15 machine operators and material handlers. Responsibilities include training employees to perform job functions, to adhere to all company policies, to understand and take ownership for the quality of their work, planning and directing of work, evaluating, rewarding, and disciplining of employees, and addressing and resolving complaints.
