Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Compliance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a deep understanding of compliance regulations and standards.


Essential Functions

- Ensure that all electrical systems and products meet compliance regulations and standards

- Develop and implement compliance testing procedures

- Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle

- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and standards and adjust compliance procedures accordingly

- Provide guidance and support to other teams on compliance-related matters

- Support risk analysis activities, including risk management plans, hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk management reports

Requirements:

Required & Preferred Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware compliance engineering

- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards, including, but not limited to EN\IEC 61000, IEC 61010

- Knowledge of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques

- Experience developing and implementing compliance testing procedures

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
