We have an exciting opportunity open for a Field Services Representative I with the opportunity to work from one of our offices in Little Rock, AR, Fort Smith, AR, Fayetteville, AR, Maumelle, AR or Lawton, OK.


POSITION SUMMARY:

This highly visible role will serve as a strategic partner in supporting the continued Field Service activities at Summit Utilities, Inc. As a direct report to the company’s Field Support Services Manager, this position will be responsible for providing clerical and customer service support including data collection and entry, information/data analysis, document preparation, and report generation for field services and gas operation.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares and maintains various operations reports to ensure operational excellence.
  • Assists with third party damages through Riskconnect, Korterra, and 811 One Call.
  • Accurately codes invoices; and reconciles credit card expenses utilizing an on-line system.
  • Documents fleet maintenance schedules, mileage reports, notification of CDL certification requirements, vehicle inspections, etc.
  • Researches and provides information to resolve customer issues.
  • Utilizes SAP and FSM to research information for field personnel as requested.
  • Generate bulk service orders as requested by operations.
  • Corrects orders and issues in SAP, FSM and C4C.
  • Requests for information and/or records maintenance in compliance with legal retention schedules while following prescribed procedures and practices.
  • Receives, stores and issues materials and supplies as needed based on regional needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service or clerical experience using computerized systems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and able to solve problems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to convey accurate information to customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects successfully while maintaining an even-keel approach and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Must possess the ability to function and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and appropriate manner.
  • Must be proficient in using personal computers.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP, FSM, C4C preferred.
