Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining molding machines, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any issues that may arise during production. Must follow Altor Solutions' standards for Safety, Housekeeping, Quality and Production in an efficient and safe manner.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining molding machines

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality products

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during production

- Perform routine maintenance on molding machines to ensure optimal performance

- Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met

Schedules

The Process Technician 2nd shift hours are 3pm-11pm.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers; talk and hear. Frequently required to reach, bend, squat, stretch, and twist. Regularly required to lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds and up to 40 pounds with help. Regularly required to stand and walk during the entire shift. Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina, and coordination to perform duties.
