The Engagement Manager leads a team of consultants over the tactical operation of client engagements across a variety of industries.

As the Engagement Manger you will:

·Manage the engagement to deliver savings at or above target, on time, and on budget while ensuring client satisfaction.

·Establish and build collaborative working relationship with main client executive(s), and the engagement team ensuring ongoing alignment, effective communication, and timely execution of tasks and deliverables.

·Establishing clear goal expectations, regular communication, management process, team training and mentoring as needed.

·Identify additional projects.

Mandatory Experience/Education:

·Bachelor’s Degree, advance degree is a plus.

·6+ years of consistentand demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing management role or consultative experience gained with another implementation focused consultancy.

·Strong background in supply chain, logistics, and procurement.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·Ability to solve complex business issues.

·Proven initiative, drive and focus on details.

·Able to accommodate heavy travel to accommodate the client locations.

·May live in any major city with proximity to a major airport.
