Job Description: YRCI is seeking full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialists, Associate (Medical Unit) to support our HR Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), located in Reston, VA. YRCI’s HRROC™ is a Shared Service Center that supports multiple Federal agencies and offers a friendly, collaborative team environment with access to training from industry experts! Although the YRCI home office is located in Reston, VA, this position is fully remote. Process documentation and prepare official correspondence for issuance to applicants and employees. Collect and report applicant and employee medical information for final adjudication. Coordinate on-site and off-site testing under the Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP). Coordinate and facilitate on-site drug testing activities. Coordinate with field office management personnel and contracted collectors to ensure compliance with Federal DFWP mandatory guidelines. Plan and coordinate off-site drug testing travel for government and contracted personnel. Availability to travel to off-site locations five (5) to seven (7) days per month for off-site testing. Develop knowledge and understanding of the Federal Drug Test mandatory guidelines and regulations. Provide customer service to applicant and employees selected for testing.
