The Machine Operator will operate, adjust, and make simple set ups on shear, punch, drill, saw, thread or similar machines from raw steel stock.

Essential Job Duties:

We are seeking 3rd shift Machine Operators at our Henderson, TN manufacturing facility. This is a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day schedule: 8:30pm - 7:00am.

• Operates basic machinery including coil-fed and punch presses.
• Must have ability to perform basic maintenance and can successfully change dies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Starting pay rate $21.86
• Health benefits, 401k and Paid Holidays after 90 days

Required Skills:

• Requires standing up to 10 hours per day
• Constant awareness of surroundings
• Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs)
