Job Summary: The Internal Sales & Support Associate is responsible for assisting the company in the ongoing sales efforts to reach new customers and more effectively manage existing customer accounts. This will be accomplished by processing shipments as orders come in, working closely with sales representatives to address any issues, and maintaining and updating our ERP and excel-based reports.

Compensation and benefits: A company computer will be provided. On the first of the month following a probationary (60 day) period, employee will be able to participate in company's medical, dental, vision and life insurance packages. Vacation time will start to accrue the pay period following probation and will accrue every pay period. Vacation accrual rate is based on two weeks' vacation per year. After one year of service with the company, employee will be eligible for the company's Safe Harbor 401(k) Retirement Plan, with entry dates based in January and July.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Review and process incoming orders, received via company's eCommerce site, emails, sales reps and direct customer calls.

- Enter new orders into company's ERP system.

- Work with off-site warehouse on order preparation and fulfillment.

- Communicate any fulfilment issues with customers, sales reps, and/or finance team.

- Resolves customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient order fulfillment.

- Maintain and review list of imported product contracts and liaise with company's foreign affiliates to review accuracy of transactions.

- Periodically review contract balances to assure non-discrepancies between shipping and billing and escalate issue if a problem is discovered.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Customer-focused.

- Team-player and open to learn new tasks and help as necessary.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English).

- Proficiency with excel and other MS Office products.

- Ability to prioritize and concentrate on time-sensitive tasks.

Education and Experience:

- College/University degree is an asset.

- Familiarity with order processing.

Salary Description

$48,000 to $52,000 but will be based on experience
