You will also manage sales, revenue, budget, and forecasting for assigned distribution agreements.Responsibilities:Maintain assigned contracts, new agreements, amendments, and addendums that affects terms of agreements with assigned Pharmaceutical, Specialty and Med Surg distributors contracted with Apexus.Examine and ensure price competitiveness, 340B compliance objectives, and participant savings.Monitor market conditions, with key focus on distributor benchmarking, supply issues and pricing competitiveness.Develop and achieve contract revenue budgets and financial management relative to assigned distribution portfolio.Create internal tools to help facilitate monitoring and growth within the distributor agreement obligations.Build customer, distributor, and internal/external stakeholders' relationships.Facilitate executive level business review meetings with Apexus and Authorized Distributor partners.Qualifications:Relevant degree preferred.2 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry required.Pharmaceutical contracting experience required.Knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and operations based pharmaceutical distribution preferred.Experience leading account-based relationships, government contracting and compliant initiatives desired.Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead/manage cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives while managing day to day priorities skills needed.This is a hybrid role located in Irving, Texas.Willingness to travel.#LI-JS1#IDSEstimated Hiring Range:$77,400.00 - $115,050.00This position is also incentive eligible.Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
