Duties - BDC Sales Manager:
Collect and analyze metrics and maintain reports
Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
Create and maintain a process-driven work environment
Answer customer questions promptly with accuracy and integrity
Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail motorcycle sales
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - BDC Sales Manager:
At least two years of Internet Sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
Elead CRM knowledge is a PLUS
