Job Description: The Business Development Manager will lead the delivery of sales results and build relationships with new and existing sales partners through account management, prospecting, and in-salon training and coaching. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Charismatic with strong communication and negotiation skills Consultative selling experience Excellent communication skills Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Energetic and positive team approach Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in the professional salon and/or beauty industry preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 commissions & incentives. Paid vacation time. 401k with company match Paid mileage.
