Job Summary:

ITS, LLC. is seeking someone to provide the HQ ACC/A29 lead client with support to shape a comprehensive roadmap for successful implementation of cloud computing, data and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as automation and augmentation solutions across multiple ACC programs and initiatives that enables ISR DI Transformation at scale. The employee shall, in accordance with the Objective requirements, ensure all personnel security, training, and travel requirements are met in accordance with performance of activities for this Objective.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate technical exchange meetings to identify data and information to be used for the development of the initial framework for ISR DI integration
  • Develop and submit Annual POM, Multi-Year Execution Plan (MYPEP), Spend Plan, and ISR DI CONOPS
  • Support ACC/A2 in the planning and coordination for workgroups and technical exchanges meetings with HAF A2/6OI, ACC Divisions (A2, A3, A5/8/9), USAFE A2, and PACAF A2 to identify capability gaps, dependencies, and pain points hindering ISR DI deployment and sustainment
  • Support ISR DI deliberate planning efforts to determine how the ACC will use ISR DI capabilities to meet NDS ends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes
  • Background in the Intelligence Community desired, but not required
  • Familiarity with Defense Planning Guidance (DPG) and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation
  • Basic understanding of coordination required to ensure cross-MAJCOM and Sister-Service collaboration with regard to exercise planning and execution
  • Staff level/Service HQ equivalency for familiarity of processes and relationships
  • Strategic planning capabilities, strong organizational and communications skills
  • Event/Conference planning capabilities and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide analytical support to help stakeholders develop COAs based on current state analysis
  • Strong operational change management skills to provide implementation updates outlining key accomplishments, ongoing activities, upcoming milestones, and potential risks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic communication skills focused on military audiences

Education/Experience:

  • HS Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI
