IDC is seeking an Executive Leadership Curriculum Manager who designs and implements the learning and development curriculum, framework, and content offerings for IDC end user clients.

The executive learning and development programs focus on growing and improving the human and leadership skillsets for senior and rising executive leaders in technical roles to prepare them for leading in the era of GenAI and digital business.

This role can be remote in an approved US location.



Responsibilities

  • Manages the development of competency based curriculum for cohort experiences (i.e. Women in Tech Leadership) and group workshop style executive learning that deploys learning through hands-on exercises and dynamic discussions.
  • Manages the Individual Executive Coaching and Mentoring framework, assessments, and coaching bench.
  • Analyzes and identifies what non-technical skills, leadership capabilities and knowledge the senior and rising senior executive in technical roles (i.e. Information Technology) the IDC Executive Learning and Development programs need to address.
  • Designs and/or curates curriculum, managing the relevant outsourcing and/or licensing of curriculum development.
  • Delivers, recruits the right trainers, trains-the-trainer (executive coaches and mentors) to deliver curriculum in a standardized and consistent approach.
  • Recommends innovative approaches to learning and development curriculum and deliver mechanisms (i.e. AI, digital technology).
  • Develops strategy and resource plan to scale programs beyond the U.S. and Canada.
  • Responsible for crafting customized, tailored programs, as needed, for client specific needs.
  • Connect opportunities for IDC research to contribute to and/or benefit from the Executive Learning and Development curriculum.
  • Ensure global operational excellence – removing collaboration, execution, and measurement barriers to customer value creation.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success measurement, analysis, insights, and reporting.
  • Partner with Pathways Engagement Managers to ensure effectiveness in delivery of programs and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with IDC Product Management to continually evaluate product health and identify future product changes to enable IDC/IDG business strategy


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • 3+ years’ experience in instructional design.
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate training or relevant HR, business management, organizational administration.
  • Experience with learning management systems, digital learning tools and in-person learning management methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach senior executives and rising leaders in technical roles in a helpful and engaging manner.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships.
  • Infectious zeal and passion for learning and a drive to inspire others.
  • Understanding of the CIO role, IT function and key issues facing IT executives.
  • Demonstrated creativity, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experience running complex projects, prioritizing workloads, meeting deadlines, facilitate work in cross-functional teams in a fast paced, global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to create stakeholder alignment.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $105,000 and $120,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
