Plateau GRP is seeking a seeking a skilled Python Developer with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Develop and maintain software applications using Python programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Test and deploy applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets the requirements and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Python development.

Requirements:

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database systems, such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Security Clearance:

Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a PIV card is required.
