Overview of the Position:
Essential Job Duties
The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Supporting outside sales and store associates
Generating and Managing leads
Updating our CRM daily
Inside sales support for all associates out in the field
Drive top-line sales growth through corporate partnerships.
Skills/Abilities:
Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.

Education and Experience
Possess a current full valid driver's license (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program.
Possess an interest in career advancement.
