**Summary of Responsibilities:** Do you have a passion for real estate? We’re looking for a Real Estate Project Manager who will be responsible for cost effective and customer focused acquisition, management and disposal of real estate assets for all ATC business units, as well as the acquisition of right of way for electric transmission projects. This role will manage external real estate contractors which negotiate easements, agreements, licenses and permits for utilization by ATC business units, as well as the leasing of ATC real property. The Real Estate Project Manager will also review project invoices from real estate contractors to assure consistency with contract terms, project deliverables and technical accuracy. **Essential Responsibilities:** ATC embraces flexibility in our work and our workplace. You are able to choose to work at home, or our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, WI, depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business. You’ll use your Bachelor's degree in real estate, land use planning, management or business from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience to acquire, manage and sell real estate interests including fee, easement, lease, contract and permits with individuals, corporations and governmental agencies. You’ll use your three years’ experience in real estate to negotiate and obtain ATC approval for the business terms of real estate acquisition and disposal and meet with landowners for negotiation and approval of documents. In addition, you’ll draft legal descriptions and prepare legal documents for acquisition and disposal of real estate interests, utilizing approved documents or with the assistance of ATC legal. The Real Estate Project Manager will also assist with performs route selection analysis for electric transmission projects and work with cross-functional teams for selection of viable and preferred routes for such projects.
