How Will You Contribute to the Company? \\The Consulting Sales Engineer, PCN is the Sales Team\'s premier subjectmatter expert in Private Wireless and is well versed in 4G LTE, 5GMobile Telecommunication systems/architectures.This specialist isresponsible for working directly with customers, partners, and other SEsto support PCN opportunities and drive Ericsson Enterprise WirelessSolutions revenue. Additionally, this individual contributes to growingthe overall expertise of the SE organization, has stewardshipof/collaborates on PCN related product feature requests with productmanagement, and acts as a liaison for customers with the EricssonEnterprise Wireless Solutions Product and Engineering Teams. The idealcandidate is naturally curious, enjoys problem solving, keeps up withthe latest trends in Private Wireless and networking, and is unwaveringin their pursuit of honing their craft.\\ What Will You Do?
Manage Private Wireless related SE/Customer/Partner engagementthrough to completion
Develop labs, training, documentation, etc. on related products andfeatures
Partner with sales executives with solution selling into assignedaccount base
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute onstrategic deals in complex sales cycles
Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearlycommunicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
Promote, conduct and manage Proof of Concepts, trials, anddemonstrations in the field
Document customer and industry use cases for internal and externaluse
Provide customers and prospects with hands on configurationassistance and training
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for futureproduct enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence
\ Qualifications \ Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent experience) supported by five toseven (5-7+) years of demonstrated technical success in pre-salessystems engineering in 3GPP cellular technologies
One to two (1-2) years of experience working with industry PrivateWireless solutions and ecosystems
Strong knowledge of Private Wireless networks and their associateduse cases
Good understanding of private or public cloud design considerationslike containerization, distributed systems, load balancing, LTEarchitecture
Familiarity with Enterprise network concepts, protocols, andsolutions, such as routing, VPN, LAN/WAN/SDWAN, etc.
Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandablelanguage to any level of audience
Superior professional and communications skills including theability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influencepreconceptions, and overcome objections
Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a trackrecord of consistent achievement
A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaborationskills
Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment
Must reside in Northeast US region
