Identify damaged, lost, or missing material and notifies program personnel immediately. Transports material between warehouse locations. Manages warehouse inventory and stocks material. Conducts yearly Wall to Wall inventory. Fills demands and prepares material for shipment. Utilizes an Automatic Depot Information System (ADIS) or Procure to Pay (P2P) to manage all transitions. Works in a team environment to support the expedited needs of Depot when requested. Other tasks include:- The candidate must have a "can-do," attitude and must be a self-starter who continually seeks ways to improve mission success and must be both mission and job/task oriented. - Works with Analysts to comply with depot support requirements.- Works to assigned defined company and department procedures.- ID and Damage at incoming receiving- Process Field returns, Vendor returns and new purchases.- Property control measures are followed. - Transports material between warehouse locations- Manages warehouse inventory and stocks material. - Fills demands and prepares material for shipment. - Utilizes an Automatic Depot Information System (ADIS) or Procure to Pay (P2P) to manage all transitions. - Works in a team environment to support the expedited needs of Depot when requested.- Must have appropriate interpersonal and teaming skills.Basic Qualifications:- Must be able to lift up-to 40-lbs.- Operate material handling equipment.- Operate a small box truck. - Able to pass physical to obtain a forklift certification.- Prior experience using computer data input tools and with Microsoft Office suite (outlook, excel, word, etc.)- Experience with prioritizing internal and external program and customer needs. - Must have the ability to obtain a clearanceDesired Skills:- Motivated person who seeks a career in warehouse operations- Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving experience is highly desired.- Knowledge and experience with LM Automated Depot Information System (ADIS) and Procure to Pay (P2P). - Experience with warehouse sustainment operations. - Familiar with military shipments and Depot Inducting/Receiving activities. - Prior experience with Military Supply/ Warehouse Operations. - Familiar with standard military documents including DD1348s, DD250s and DD1149s.Clearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
