Responsibilities - Customer Service/Relations Manager:

• Call Service Department customers after completed service appointments to make sure they are satisfied, solve complaints, provide solutions, and more
• Build relationships with customers
• Solve customer complaints quickly and effectively and escalate to management when appropriate
• Help sales and service team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
• Document customer communications

Qualifications Customer Service/Relations Manager:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Rep or equivalent 

• Able to solve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Problem-solving aptitude and work wells with a team
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
• Automotive knowledge is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• A positive 'can do' attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
