Automotive Mechanical Installer - Military veterans preferred

Job Title: Automotive Mechanical Installer
Location: South El Monte, CA
Pay Range: $19+ (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts.
• Installation of all non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware
• Meet all QA and QC standards for each task
• Meet standards of safety and 5S standards
• Promote use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture

What’s Needed?

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English
• Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devices
• Familiar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and router
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
