General Operator - Military veterans preferred

Our client, one of the leading agriculture companies, is seeking a General Operator to join their team in York, NE. As a general operator, you will be part of the team responsible for helping farmers feed the world. The ideal candidate is capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and appreciates a collaborative team ready to train and support you. 

Job Title: General Operator

Location: York NE

Pay Range: 19.00 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

• Inspect and maintain quality of production for shipment.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Unload and load product by hand or with use of forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Operate production and packaging machinery.
• Perform data entry. 

What’s Needed?

• Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations.
• Ability to safely perform duties in a timely fashion while meeting quality standards.
• Steel toe work boots.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and can-do attitude.

• Ideal shift 6 am - 4:30 pm
• $19 per hour
• Overtime opportunities on weekends, $28.50 per hour.
