In this role, you'll drive growth and sustainability in the US vehicle remarketing marketplace by balancing customer and product perspectives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, manage promotions, and enhance customer lifetime value . This role will be one of the two arms of the revenue management organization that oversees the marketplace yield from both customer and product perspectives . To succeed, the role will require a high degree of coordination with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations. You Are: Analytical and strategic: With a keen eye for data, you'll drive revenue growth and optimize service offerings. A strong communicator: Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to articulate choices and directions clearly. A leader: Capable of managing teams, developing talent, and maximizing resources efficiently. Analytical: You possess a keen ability to analyze market trends, pricing data, and promotion effectiveness, using tools like SQL, Python, or R to derive actionable insights. Strategic Thinker: You're capable of translating high-level business goals into operational strategies, balancing long-term vision with short-term execution requirements. You Will: Oversee Customer Lifetime Value Tracking : Manage customer P&L, and revenue per unit, and monitor costs. Lead Pricing Optimization: Grow service attachment rates, lead loyalty programs, and collaborate for pricing strategies . Execute Promotion Strategies : Formulate and manage the promotion calendar, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage Special Customer Pricing : Oversee pricing review processes and automate pricing execution. Lead Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, ensuring our pricing and promotion strategies remain competitive and effective. Optimize Customer Engagement : Utilize data analytics to refine and target our promotional efforts, increasing customer engagement and maximizing lifetime value through personalized campaigns. Must Have’s: A minimum of 5 years of work experience with a college degree or 2 years with a Graduate degree. Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python or R. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Nice to Have’s: Experience in financial model building and simulation for optimal pricing strategies. MBA or a degree in computer science, finance, or economics. E-commerce experience and familiarity with pricing, promotion, and loyalty program management. Sound like a match?
