The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization provides strategic insights and execution on real estate-related projects and services internal and external stakeholders.

The Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate will support the Head of Real Estate in the areas of performance tracking, reporting and analytics.

This role will provide immediate management on communications and project management, helping to drive critical real estate transformation initiatives, and proactively develop a foundation for CREs long- term vision through ownership of data analytics, KPI development and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain dashboards allowing CRE to proactively manage portfolio and budgets
Track, report and analyze operational and utilization metrics to determine efficiency and trend analysis
Perform Environmental Social Governance (ESG) reporting
Prepare, track and reconcile operating and capital budgets
Provide project support to other members of the team based on need and capacity
Prepare written and graphical presentations, reports, trend analysis, and executive summaries
Responsible for supporting and tracking RE incentive awards

The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $81,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
3+ years Project Management experience
Commercial Real Estate analytics experience

Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
