This hybrid role will require 2-3 days per week in our Buffalo Grove, IL office.

How you will spend your days as a Treasury Analyst:
  • Calculate daily cash position and related debt borrowing and pay downs.
  • Prepare and submit debt notices to banks.
  • Wire entry.
  • Sweep and fund divisions' local bank accounts.
  • Prepare daily and monthly Treasury reports to Sr. Management and Accounting
  • Prepare Treasury-related invoices for payment.
  • Resolve internal customer service inquiries via email and ticketing system regarding bank accounts, payments, merchant (credit cards), Pcards, etc.
  • Communicate and build partnerships with AP, AR, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and banks.
  • Partner with the business and support the Treasury team in executing banking strategies, M&A integration, and departmental and company projects.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred; or BS/BA in technology, data analytics, information systems, or similar degree but preferably with course work in Accounting or Finance. Open to other degrees and/or experiences that will support the needs of Treasury.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Data Analytics, Information Systems role preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Must have outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, intellectual curiosity, energy & enthusiasm, and a drive for results with a high level of integrity, dependability, and accountability.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple analytical work streams, deliverables, and internal and external customer requests.
  • Promote quality, safety, and continuous process improvement.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs. on a random basis, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time, and bending or stooping.
  • Travel may be required at times.
