Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. Your primary duties will include:
Conducting routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components to maintain production efficiency.
Collaborating with production personnel to address equipment-related concerns and implement preventive measures.
Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures, to maintain accurate records.
Participating in equipment upgrades and installations as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
