Overview

The Program Administrator will support efforts to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans and work with the operations directors and managers on ensuring implementation. Initiatives will focus on efforts that span across the oncology program (e.g. across modalities or inpatient and outpatient). The Program Administrator will support initiatives defined within these operational plans as well as program creation.

The Program Administrator will use process, project, and change management techniques to ensure shared-accountability and successful outcomes within a highly matrixed and complex academic medical center and research institute environment.



Responsibilities

Bachelor’s in a health science field and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Current HIPAA and CITI training.

  • Knowledge of managed care, commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs.
  • Strong and respectful relationship building skills with patients, providers, staff, management, and outside collaborators.
