We are looking to speak with funds associate attorneys to join our client’s well-regarded and busy private investment funds practice group in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive mid-level private equity fund formation and investment associate to represent fund sponsors in the structuring and formation of private investment funds in nearly all strategies. The team includes attorneys nationwide who has extensive knowledge of the full range of issues involved in fund formation and ongoing operational and compliance matters, and unique perspectives on the current fundraising climate and market terms. Our client’s experience representing both sponsors and institutional investor clients provides the team with the ability to understand issues of focus for investors and gives them an edge in crafting solutions that work for all fund partners.
