Client Executive

to join our team. You will be a great fit if you have a strong background in the construction industry. As a Client Executive, you will collaborate closely with our Advisors and have the autonomy to build and execute the service strategy to execute the Reseco Vision. This role requires a candidate with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with clients at the senior management level. Once on board with us, you will have a client service team to support you and will be integral in their development. Responsibilities: Set the service strategy for each client within your book of business. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to place new and renewal business. Lead and develop the client service team to deliver superior client services. Work closely with the Advisory and Service teams to execute new business, strategic planning, stewardship, and renewal strategies. Meet clients in person regularly and develop a strong relationship with the clients. Understand how people make decisions and the emotions that come along with those decisions. For this specific role, we would like you to have: Several years of experience in managing insurance clients with spends of $500K or more Strong background in the construction industry Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills Ability to work with clients at the senior management level Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work with autonomy and take ownership of the service strategy for each client. CIC or CISR would be a great addition Compensation package: Compensation for the role is in the range of $130,000 - $175,000/ annually.
