Expert Technology Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities within and beyond our existing clientele. Establish first contact with C-level executives (CIO, CEO, President, Owner) or other crucial decision-makers within the SMB segment. Client Needs Assessment: Identify and assess client challenges in managing their IT infrastructure, technology, and assets. Follow up on opportunities with diligence. Presentation of Services: Clearly articulate the advantages of our IT services, emphasizing both financial benefits and enhancements in quality, performance, and uptime. Strategic IT Discussions: Engage in strategic conversations about IT solutions with a non-technical audience, providing clear and effective communication. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and quantify leads, fostering a collaborative environment. Growth Achievement: Meet monthly goals for acquiring new accounts through effective strategies like telemarketing, networking, and cold calling. Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce for the development and tracking of sales opportunities. Cross-Selling: Collaborate across divisions to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities, maximizing sales potential within the company. Proposal Development: Partner with the vCIO and sales team to develop proposals that align with client IT goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in Managed IT services. Proven track record in selling IT solutions, including Network, Data Center, Managed Services, Cloud Services, and Security Solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, with a high energy level and a positive attitude. Innovative and willing to take risks with new approaches. Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record.
